Project: The Summit

Location: Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands

Year: 2024

Perched at 160 feet above sea level, the Summit residential villa development is situated at the highest point of the Turks and Caicos Islands, with the first of 9 villas recently completed. Crafted with a focus on capturing expansive panoramic ocean views while preserving the privacy of each residence, the design also prioritizes a seamless integration with the mountain’s natural topography. The outcome is a refined collection of villas that gracefully blend into their environment, offering a harmonious balance of aesthetic appeal, seclusion, and sustainable living.

Expanding on the concept of 'elegance in harmony with its environment, the villas’ architecture adopts a distinctly curvilinear form, echoing the organic geometries of nature, which inherently eschew straight lines. The villas’ sculptural profiles allow them to merge effortlessly with the natural contours of the landscape, fostering a sense of unity with the topography and ecology. This seamless integration is further emphasized by a living garden atop the curved, convex roof of the main living structure—a pioneering feature on the island that underscores the project’s commitment to sustainability.
